Find Your Calm: Introducing Grounding Guides

As we head into a new year, we know this season can feel full. Between closing out year end tasks, planning ahead, and continuing to show up for neighbors, it’s easy for your own well being to fall to the back burner.

To support you and your volunteers, our Agency Relations team is launching a new Grounding Guides series throughout January. Each week, partner agencies will receive a short video along with simple practices and resources designed to help create moments of calm, navigate stressful situations, and support emotional balance.

While this series is launching in January, the guides are meant to be useful well beyond the start of the year. They can be incorporated into team meetings, volunteer orientations, or used as quick personal check ins. Our hope is that these tools support you both as a team and as individuals, at work and in everyday life.
